Artist Statement

Is this possible?

The start of my creative process. I ask questions. I tease the “can do” of the human body, of physical limits and natural forces. And of
tangible thought.

I like to follow the momentum of my process, weight, dancers, and idea.

I observe the currency of the movement.

Is it right?

What is the exchange rate?

I seek to cross and enter in different disciplines and different eyes. My movement can be perceived as classical. I add electricity. Tangled with athletic intimacy, I want you to feel a sensual attack.

My art reminds me of home. It is my birthplace.

In collaboration, art is my future.

Dance is medicinal.

I create in memory of my fears, people, places, ideas.
